This package includes 2 hour online consultation call, a proposed conceptual furniture layout floor plan*, guided spatial planning*, furniture purchasing list*, accessories purchasing list*, and lighting purchasing list* (with cost and supplier specifications), specifications for floor and wall finishes, colour scheme, decluttering and organisational guidance. A site survey* is not included, site details to be provide by the client. Note this package include 1 revision of design proposal. A site visit is not included in this package. Additional calls outside the package will be charged. *Definition of terms; Site survey; visiting the site/space and measuring walls, floor space, windows and doors. Lighting schedule: List of lights required, with details/information for suppliers and electricians, if required. Items can include wash basins, wc, baths, showers, bins etc. Appliance schedule: list of appliances specified throughout the project. Appliances are generally considered to be an individual piece of equipment for use in the home in the performance of domestic chores. Ironmongery schedule; List of knobs, door handles, door locks, window fasters, door stops. Purchasing schedule; list of items with costs, properties outlined and supplier’s reference.
